There are many new people in this group. New people to wholesaling. PLEASE!! Take it from someone who has tried numerous things and wasted a ton of money. Zach and Rick teach us everything we need to have the skills and knowledge to succeed. The drive, motivation and heart to succeed, that comes from within.

If you have NOT done their training and are here asking for short cuts, you are seriously screwing yourself over!! If you are listening to people in the group with less than a 6 or 7 on their name you definitely risk being told things that do not align with Zach and Rick's teaching. That is not smart.

Go to the classroom!! Also you can put anything in the search bar and find real answers from experienced people and often Zach and Rick.

WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR? There are no short cuts in life. We get out, what we put in.
