How do you guys coordinate walkthroughs with buyers and sellers? What happens if a buyer walks through and decides they’re not interested? How do you explain to the seller why you need multiple walk throughs in this scenario? Is it okay or recommend to ask that a lockbox be placed on the property for inspectors and contractors so that you can have multiple end buyers walk through? I have a deal under contract with a few buyers interested and I’d rather not jack this up!
