😂🔥 This is literally how wholesaling businesses get built.
I used to joke with my wife about getting her on XLeads and having her make cold calls while I’m stuck at work…
Well… today she finally agreed 😂
So I pulled up a vacant property list in Columbus, Georgia and gave her the crash course:
✅ Seller motivation
✅ Timeline
✅ Property condition
✅ Asking price
Then I let her loose on the phones ☎️💀
At this point, she might lock up a deal before some of yall do 👀
