T.G.I.C…. 🤔 (Thank God it Closed 🙌🏼)
Today was a deal that was a nail bitter!!! Hard money lender backed out the week of closing and had to bring a new lender in to close it extending closing two extra weeks 🤦🏻♂️. But… a win is a win 🏆 no matter how you got it. Keep pushing, not every deal will close but the ones that do cherish the moment. Because you have to do it again & again. Hope this helps anyone feeling defeated, your day is coming too. And will come around again.
