TEXAS PARTNER NEEDED
I am doing wholesale deals in the Texasmarket and am looking for someone who can be my local point of contact to sellers and buyers.
What I need is:
✅go to the properties to take pictures and confirm condition
✅be the local "guy or gal" and work with the sellers, helping in anyway we can to make the transaction smooth and pleasant for them
✅meet with buyers for buyer showings - I try to keep these to 1 or 2 walk-throughs to not waste everyone's time
✅provide feedback on what buyers are saying and what we might need to do to make it a deal for seller(s) and buyer(s) alike.
We will of course do a JV split on this and any property we close together. I'm trying to close this deal asap, If you feel you can help please send me a personal message. Thank you.
