Starting Over W/ No Money!!!

For the past few months I've been working towards my first wholesale deal using all the wrong methods. For example, pulling a ton of poor quality list, spending too much time over analyzing, lack luster follow ups, investing in softwares with lil to no knowledge and piss poor phone skills due to fear.

I've gotten some reps in but from here on out I am DETERMINED to do whatever it takes to reach my goals with wholesaling. I'm going back to the drawing board and starting from scratch with no money. I've recently pulled smaller quality government/D4D list and will hand dial/text going forward. I plan to use the triple tap method and I am hoping to see some type of return with smaller quality list and consistent follow up. It’s all about trial and error, and moving forward.
