Some realtors are WILD 😂
I do some marketing on Facebook. Well a realtor stumbled across my platform and FREAKED OUT! Ask me for my realtor number and said wholesaling is illegal in Ohio lol I use Ohio disclosure and I’m in compliance as far as I know. I posted a projected market update for my area and she said I was sharing MLS data 😂
