Been grinding through my backlog of Diamond Leads and finally starting to feel like I’m getting the hang of this stuff.
A couple leads went nowhere, a few were totally useless… but I finally got some solid conversations going with a tired landlord and an older homeowner who’s actually thinking about downsizing. Not deals yet, but real progress.
I’m basically focusing on:
- Calling instead of overthinking
- Keeping the pipeline clean
- Learning how to talk to sellers without sounding like a robot
- Taking one step at a time
The more I do, the more this starts to make sense. Still making mistakes, still figuring things out, but I’m moving forward.
If you’re new or stuck, honestly: Just call the next lead. Then the next one.
Momentum feels good.
Open to any advice from people ahead of me. Let’s all level up. 💪
