@Natasha Stewart As far as the Skool group goes, you make comments like this and you get points for likes. As you level up you get access to more features like making posts and lessons in the classroom. It encourages people to contribute to the community for a free resource. As far as learning how Wholesaling works, I'd say this..... pay close attention to those classes. There may be little things here and there that could use an update, but the information is solid gold. If you put in the work, this can be done. And the vast majority of people will find every reason not to do the actual work, and then complain about a lack of results. Life happens, so if you can't get something done at the pace that is taught, make sure you recognize the real reason and don't blame the system if it's not to blame. There's a lot of support in this group. If you have the budget for it, XLeads is definitely worth it but realistically, it WILL take some time to figure out how to get the most out of it. It's a powerful tool and it took me quite a while to learn it well enough to really get the proper use out of it. Pay attention to your REAL budget!!!! If you can afford the tools, get them, if not, at least get your feet wet with the free way of doing things! I will tell you, if you can afford it, the X-Plan is very worth it. You'll get a chance to meet Rick, Zach and others in person, and it really makes a difference to be face to face with people who are succeeding at this! And being an X-Plan subscriber will automatically put you in M2M!
