What’s actually been working for you lately to get deals under contract? 🤔
Not theory… not YouTube strategies… but what’s actually producing conversations with sellers right now?
I’ve been testing a few different approaches consistently and one thing I’m noticing is this:👉 The people who are closing aren’t doing anything crazy… they’re just executing daily and adjusting fast.
Lately I’ve been focused on:
  • Staying consistent with outreach (even on “slow” days)
  • Having real conversations instead of sounding scripted
  • Looking at deals more creatively instead of just sticking to one strategy
There’s definitely still deals out there… just feels like the ones who adapt quickest are the ones getting paid.
