Old Leads....
Hey everybody. I thought I would make a post about OLD / DEAD LEADS!
I truly enjoy cold calling and talking to sellers so I thought I would reach out to see if anyone in the group had old, or what you might consider, dead leads. If you do you can send these to me and I will work them. When I get deals under contract we can work together to sell the deal(s) and split the assignment 50/50.
If this is something that is of interest to you and you have old / dead leads you want me to "re-ignite" your deal leads reach out and let's get some deals going together.
