đź’ˇNO LEAD LEFT BEHIND - Tip for Anyone Using X-Leads
After sending text blasts, we noticed some leads got marked as “DND” even though they never opted out. Turns out, a lot of those were landlines that couldn’t receive texts — so when the message bounced, they were automatically flagged as DND.
Here’s how we filter them out so we can follow up again (see screenshot)
Side note - we tag every lead new when we upload and also tag leads junk that we don't want to contact again FYI so ignore those two if you don't do the same thing
Filters -
  • Tag: is “new”
  • DND: is enabled for SMS
  • Tag: is not “junk”
  • Tag: is not “do not contact”
  • DND: is not enabled for calls & voicemails
Bonus tip:
Add this filter too → Last Activity Type: is not “Phone Call”
That’ll show you all the DND leads you haven’t called yet — which often means they’re landlines or bounced texts.
Not a perfect system, but it’s helped us reconnect with real leads that might’ve slipped through.
