I have been effectively using email marketing to get leads, sending out around 500 messages per day, but now all of a sudden, my emails keep going to spam. Email nerds — deliverability help needed. I’ve got SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set up, but we’re still seeing delivery issues (and open rates aren’t where I want them). Questions: 1. Are you sending through Gmail/Workspace, SendGrid, Constant Contact, Kit, or something else? 2. What’s your “must-do” process for warming + keeping inbox placement? 3. What metric do you watch most: bounce, spam complaints, domain reputation, or reply rate? Any help would be much appreciated, love this group and thanks for the support!

Small flex, big gratitude. Caleb and I have been following Zachs advice since 2021 and this week we had a seller text us straight from one of our XLeads email blasts right in our backyard. Finally, Finally closed the first deal! Took 5 months and about 30K calls but id do it all over again. Time to become more efficient and take what I learned to get more. Locked up at $120k, Assigned for $170k, JV'd it and made $30k.
