So today I went to visit a property in Atlanta that’s need a lot of work talk to the agent he’s a pretty cool guy our first time talking was today & he understands me and what I got going on so I call him after visiting the property letting him know everything it takes to make the property updated & he understands so I offer them 75k because of all the work the property needs & they text back immediately asking for 175k so now I’m just trying to get some insight on how to close the deal with the best offer that make since 💭
