Need help and advice
I'm 17 years old from the Philippines and I don't know what to do I'm trying to learn wholesaling this few days exploring it I also got a pre-closing deal with a 3 seller but I didn't put it under contract I have so many questions in my mind if I can do it because I'm scared I don't have money to invest and I'm lost I'm also not legal to have ah LLC's name so I'm scared to make a mistake because in my mind I made i mistake that can cause I lot of money for me to pay what should I do??
