If anyone is getting lots in Dallas, please let me know. I have several builders that are needing lots right now. I've sold them over 27 lots in the last 6 months. You can take a higher percentage too. These are the zip codes they are looking for lots in. You need to get them under contract around these prices and sizes.

75210–75215

$40K–$50K max only (3000 to 10,000 sq.ft. lots)

75203, 75208, 75206, 75209, 75212, 75214, 75216, 75217, 75227, 75241, 75228, 75211, 75232

$50K to $60K max only (3000 to 10,000 sq.ft. lots)

Criteria:

Vacant • Residential • No flood zone

Utilities available • Platted preferred

Survey is a plus

Historic districts not preferred (may consider at lower price)
