Quick question ….i’m looking to Jv my first deal whether it be with Zach and Rick or with someone else …
My question is am I responsible for finding a title company and boots on the ground to take pictures of the property once I get the property under contract or does my JV partner take care of that portion of the transaction?
Any guidance is appreciated 😊
