Hey everyone, I’ve got a solid off-market deal in Marion, OH and I’m looking for someone local who can bring a buyer and walk the property.
Here’s the deal breakdown:
- Off-market SFR under contract
- Price: $50,000
- ARV: ~$150,000
- Repairs: ~$60,000
- Full rehab needed
What I’m looking for:
- Someone local who can meet the buyer at the property for a walkthrough
- You bring the buyer, we JV (split assignment fee 50/50)
