Left 37 voicemails.

Tried out a new call time today. Hit 11Am-12pm I was being to think I made the wrong choice and literally the last call of the hour. I said to myself "just one more" and now answer. I said it again on the second time someone answered. After chatting for a good min, Turns out this homeowner is a realtor who has multiple properties that she needs to get rid of but doesn't want to list them because they all need some repairs. She was driving, but we scheduled a phone appointment when she has the day off this next week.

That seller I had an appointment with today is in lala land wanting wayy more what the property is even worth. Not including the repairs needed. Feeling like if I had more rapport built up with him things may have been different. Who knows.. most definitely something to work on.
