Is anyone using a VA?

so I just saw a post from

about hiring a VA for cold calling? is anybody here experienced in how that would work? what kind of training would they need? what kind of lists should you pull for them? any tips would be great. I hired a girl from the philipines back in 2021 for a bout a month but what I realized was that she still needed a step by step detailed map of what to say and how to work and I kinda got frustrated with her. but hey man you live and you learn so now I'm looking to possibly revisit this idea
