I’M SOOO CONFUSED??
Currently working on building my buyers list. Regardless of where I post or who I reach out to I seem to get the same response:
“I’m also a wholesaler but I have a large list of buyers, let’s work together!”
Are these scammers or just people trying to JV?
I’m still deciding how I feel about JV deals in general (scam? Legit? Or it depends??).
Help.
