š Iām on a Wholesaling Roller Coasterā¦ but Staying Locked In š¢
Just had one of the craziest seller + ārealtor friendā situations Iāve dealt with so far in wholesaling ā but the best part is, I stayed calm through all of it.
This was a probate property lead. Seller seemed decent. Her ārealtorā friend? A whole different story.
Hereās how this circus went down:
- They ghosted me
- Tried to drag me into a bidding war (not happening ā amateur hour š)
- Told me they were accepting my offer
- Asked for real Proof of Funds ā not a letter, actual funds
- Thenā¦ ghosted me AGAIN
Finally I get someone on the phone and the ārealtorā tells me:
āWe accepted another offer.ā
No emotions on my side. If someone wants retail drama, thatās not my lane.
Like Rick & Zach always teach, our job is to work with sellers who NEED to sell, not ones who want to play games.
