I'm Glutton for Punishment LOL
Back at it again....on the phone today making calls. I managed to get 100 dials in. Out of those 100, I talked to 4 sellers; 3 not interested and 1 asked me to call back next week as he may have a few acres of land to sell. I've added a task to all 4 to follow up next week on the acreage and next month for the other 3:)
I'm off now to stalk a few FB groups in hopes to dispo a short sale out in Augusta, GA and this will wrap up my day. Happy Saturday folks.
