I took action today!
Today I grabbed my list, grabbed my phone and made phone calls. It felt terrifying as its the first time i've ever done it but i pushed through and did it during nap time. Left a couple voicemails and talked to one person who wasn't selling but he was a cash buyer. Everything in me told me call him back and ask if he was looking for more properties and if he had any he was looking to sell and so i did. He wasn't but i am so proud of myself for pushing out of my comfort zone and doing it.
