I need help asap

I ran into a property where the homeowner is willing to sell. It’s vacant and they live 2 hours from the property so they can’t get me recent pictures of it. How can I get recent pictures of it and what is the best way to calculate repair price for a completely gutted house and it has been slightly vandalized on the outside.
