I have an appointment for next week

Hi all, I just wanted to share that last week I went RD4D and had a called last Friday. The lead seems difficult to deal with but I’m going to walk the property next week and then put an offer. I have a number in mind but he said he rejected offers in the past because they were low. Any tip and recommendations on how to deal with this?

Also, you guys also schedule showings with potential buyers?
