I am so screwed! My entire business will be ruined by this one case.

Do I need to break my contract because I did not find a buyer? Inspection period ends today! Can they sue me because I did not find a buyer! OMG, I am so screwed! Dramatic, I know, this has been such an emotional rollercoaster!

Both families have agreed to extend the contract out just 3 days! They both have been very nice. They both agreed to lower the prices too. Still not wholesale deals as both properties are pretty much move in ready and NOT 70% discount!
