Hey guys- I have a lead that desperately needs help.
- 5-6 months behind on payments
- Owes ~160k on mortgage
- Mortgage (PITI) $1381
- Rental estimate $1200/mo
- Wants to walk away with $3-5k

How can I help this seller??? I found her by probate letter on another house. This woman is going through the trenches right now!
