HELLO!!

Now that I'm able to post, I'd like to introduce myself. I was recommended by a friend to join this group, she said there's a good bunch of people here. For the short time I've been here, I have to agree with her, you guys really support each other and cheer each other on. It's really great to see.

I myself am not a wholesaler, I'm a lender. I lend money for earnest money and double closes. I'm looking to partner with 3-4 wholesalers in 2025 to help them grow - don't let the lack of capital be the barrier to that growth. The other reason I'm here is because I want to learn how else I can help wholesalers grow, outside of lending money. I believe if I understand your business better, I can be a better partner/resource for you.

I'm looking to build relationships before business. I'd love to connect with as many of you as I can and learn how else I can help. I've been around real estate for a long time, I was a licensed home inspector for seven years and I'm an energy efficiency professional. I know single family and multifamily buildings.
