Getting called every name in the book - Cold Calling

I've been making a lot of cold calls lately and I found a very distressed home with multiple code violations. The home has been in distress since hurricane Michael in the Northern part of Florida. I called the owner and left a message. The home was close to me, so I drove past it and took some pictures. I then sent a text message to the owner with the pictures and told them I was interested in purchasing the home. I thought this would be a good way of getting the home owners attention...I was sure right.

About 15 minutes later I received a call from the home owner and she told me the home is not for sale and the code violations are being taken of.

Then about 10 minutes later I received a call from someone else that called me every curse word in the book and seriously threatened me...said something about k**** me.

No wonder the home is still in distress with a caved in roof and a blue trap on top and is vacant. No one wants to deal with this person.
