Excess of leads 😵💫🔥
We're generating more motivated seller leads than we can handle, looking to connect with the right people.
We run a wholesaling operation across multiple states with a full acquisition team doing cold calling, skip tracing, and lead gen daily.
Here's where our pipeline sits right now:
→ 700+ active seller contacts being worked
→ 50+ deals in underwriting
→ 25+ offers out to sellers
→ 14 properties under contract or pending signature
→ 30+ deals in dispo (assignments, novations, creative finance)
The problem? We have more deal flow than we can close on our own.
I'm looking to connect with:
→ Investors who want access to off-market deals and can move fast
→ Dispo partners with a strong cash buyer network
→ Creative finance operators who can structure deals we don't have bandwidth to close
→ Flippers, landlords, or funds looking for consistent deal flow
Not looking for tire kickers, we need people who execute. Whether that's a JV, a referral arrangement, or just building a relationship for future deals, I'm open.
