EMD Rejected!
How are you guys dealing/structuring EMD when seller is requesting it?
I was approached to fund a $1,800 urgently as there was already an end buyer in place but the wholesaler didn’t have it under contract.
With the process I have set in place and a team, it just did not make sense to fund such a small EMD.
