How is everyone structuring / tacking creative finance deals?

Today went so much smoother. And more conversations! Way better then yesterdays outreach. Made 102 calls tonight! Had 2 Inbound calls!! 1 not interested. The other I couldn't get ahold of again. I'll try back tomorrow. Had 23 Pick ups! 7 Wrong Numbers. 6 Not Interested. 10 AI pick Ups! 1 Wrong Number. 4 Hang ups. 5 went to voicemail. 30 Voicemails left in total. Not sure what changed but today was just different on so many levels. In a good way. Things were just flowing today, the CRM, the Dialer, the pitch. It was just better today and more mental clarity is always nice. Came across a cash buyer looking for more cash flowing rentals in the area! Conversation wasn't as long, but I got some good info. Still need to verify a few things before I add him to my VIP buyers list. But he passes the basic qualifying questions to hit my buyers list at least. Another small step forward. Got tomorrow all planned out! Let's see it get better than today!! 1 Cash buyer added to my Buyers List!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!! LETTSSS GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
