hi all just a quick question does wholesalers go after short sales. ARV $340K/$400k. houses in .5 mile radius sold with around same size 3bed 3 bath within the last 6 months. has HOA $90 monthly. house is about 20 years old. Realtor looking for $250k. i am in the $190k price range possible go up to $215k. about $40/50 k to update and upgrade, no major problems, more cosmetics that need attention would this be about right [rice to make it assignable to an end buyer
