I was able to get a few calls made today. It was tough after a while of not cold calling. I wasn't able to get a full hour of calling in today. Had to put together 3 comps on 3 different properties to make offers on 2 tomorrow.
Being able to quickly Price Comps, Anchor Price and MAO, and Repair Estimates and now Seller Finance options. All i have to do is pick 4 comps and the Workbook does the rest of the work. Linking these pages together has been a blessing. This page allows me to work out how much cash flow is possible at current and market rate to see what the numbers look. This will help me find another seller finance deal to purchase.
Has anyone wholesaled a seller finance deal before? I would like to pick your brain.
