I closed my first seller financing deal in 2023, finish paying in May 2025, Recorded today!
I will be very transparent. I use ISpeedToLead. After closing a $15,000 deal, reinvesting in generating leads is part of the game. $2500 into generating more leads is my comfort level. This includes a 250 lead pack that will give me some runway to work speak directly to sellers without cold outreach for a few days.
Had a very productive call with another wholesaler/investor in a different market. Being able to speak with someone and compare strategies is an awesome thing. It took nearly 40 days to realize constant prospecting doesn't build a business. Thats a job. Working towards building a business this time around.
