🤩 Closing Day + XLeads Email Blast WINS!!
Small flex, big gratitude.
Caleb and I have been following Zachs advice since 2021 and this week we had a seller text us straight from one of our XLeads email blasts right in our backyard. This came in right after a big win with a big bag foreclosing attorney (seriously, this man dragged us out for 4 months, story for another time) and then BOOM 💥 another check from a deal we moved.
{Small} brag but really just a reminder to anyone grinding, that the boring stuff works when you stay consistent. 💪🏻
If you have deals in Michigan and want to JV we are down!!! We can handle boots on the ground, take great photos, renegotiations in person, contracts, buyers, dispo whatever makes the deal move!
