Closed My 1st Deal 2 Weeks Ago🔥🔥

🚀 I haven't been very active in this group because I've been busy running my marketing company (since 2014), but I wanted to share something I'm really excited about!

💰 A few weeks ago, I closed my first wholesale deal from a lead that came through one of my own websites.

I've been doing SEO & Digital Marketing since 2014, and I started thinking... 🤔

"Why not use those same skills to generate my own wholesale leads?"

So I built a handful of websites targeting cities in my area. 📈 A few leads started coming in, and one turned into a successful JV deal! The assignment fee was $7,500, and we split it 50/50, so I walked away with $3,750. 🎉

That one deal completely changed my mindset. 💡

Now, instead of just a few websites, I'm building something much bigger...

🌎 I'm now around 20 fully built and ranked wholesaling websites in 20 different cities (I'm going to keep building websites), and my biggest project is a LAND website that I'm expanding into 90 cities. Once that's finished, I'm adding another 90 cities for a total of 180 city pages focused entirely on land investing. 🌱🏞️

Could it take months before the leads start coming in? Absolutely.

But I'd rather be prepared now than scrambling later. 💪

After a lot of research, these are the states I'm focusing on:

📍 Tennessee

📍 North Carolina

📍 South Carolina

📍 Alabama

📍 Louisiana

📍 Mississippi

🤝 Because of that, I'm looking for a long-term JV partner in those markets.

❌ I'm not looking for a bunch of people.

✅ I'm looking for the right people.

I've been in marketing for over a decade, and unfortunately I've dealt with people who weren't honest. I don't have time for that anymore.
