So I have a bunch of highly distressed properties on a list and have been working with chat gpt5 to familiarize my self with real time action coaching, I think I may have an active buyer. I will know soon. It's been 18 hours since I gave the information on a commercially zoned duplex. I feel like I should check at this point to see if they are going to proceed. Any input is welcome from those who have bird dogging experience. Only I'm looking for input from those who have actually been paid from this type of effort please.
