I got a new number today! Not sure if it was that or just the laser focus on improving everything I'm doing in this business, but the energy was sure different today. And the few people I did talk to were really nice and very talkative lol.

I had a guy from Australia call me back today. He's looking to sell his California home in the next 6 months or so because he is never here! haha Said he's been getting a bunch of calls about it but everyone was so rude so he pushed them off and I was the first person to be respectful when asking if he's considered selling. Had a great conversation with that guy. Now just gotta say on his radar with them follow ups!

I'm starting to see where I'm falling short with my efforts and making improvements daily.

All I had to do was ask... LOL

Looking forward to this weekends marketing outreach! Gotta hit them homeowners early before all the parties start up! It's gonna be a good one!
