Any investors buying in Texas with tenants in place?
I have a property right now with a long term tenant in it that the current landlord is looking to sell. Close proximity to new universal studios amusement park. Property values are expected to jump once park is opened later this year.
Property is in Frisco, TX 75035
Asking $540k
Repairs ~ $20k cosmetic (carpet & paint)
Currently rented for $3404 monthly (100% subsidized payment)
ARV ~ $660k possibly higher
