What can I do with Parsnips

Alright, let’s do it! Let’s talk about tomatoes…or tomatoes (iykyk) depending on where youre from. Coming in different varietals and sizes there is next to no limit of what can be done with this versatile fruit. Yes it is a fruit! Fun fact Number 1! Right off the bat! While tomato is botanically a fruit, it is classified by the USDA as a vegetable for nutritional values and for trade internationally. Alright, so what can we do with tomatoes? Some varietals can be better suited for different purposes. For example, the heirloom tomato, with its beautifully varied hues are better suited for salads, such as a caprese, or lightly cooked in the case of a panini, or a pizza, or tarts. While the Roma tomato, with a slightly thicker skin, lower water content, and typically mild tomato flavor lends itself more to stews, soups, and salsas. So, What is your favorite way to use your favorite type of tomato? Or what is your favorite kind of tomato?
