Let’s talk about food! I am looking to have an amazing time chatting with people and exchanging ideas and information about the culinary world at large. I want to pass on information that I’ve learned through my 18 years in cooking, my experience in leading kitchens and teaching others about something that I am extremely passionate about. Ingredient knowledge, techniques, different cuisines, tools of the trade, understanding food costing, food history. At some point in the near future I would love to begin making video content, and that is on the roadmap, but for now let’s talk about food and build a community like we set the table for dinner when company is coming, together, with warm hearts and a heavy appitite !
