Simple delicious and nutritious maybe not the healthiest but easy to make breakfast
Hey good morning all just wanted to share with you my breakfast this morning. Simple 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder I have sun warrior protein classic plus chocolate flavor I forgot to put in the picture then a scoop of organic peanut butter then half a banana I put 3 medjool dates and either some water or I personally added some organic chocolate coconut water.
Mix it up real good and depending how much liquid you add it comes out as a batter or pudding. To me it’s incredible! I could eat it all the time! Breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner.
