For me they definitely are: - Incline smith machine press - Pullups - Ez-bar Bicep Curls

Dude!!! For meal prep, do you microwave your foods to heat it up or do you warm it up in the oven / in a pan? I've been wanting to meal prep but I've got this limiting belief of no microwave = hard time meal prepping
