Because of that, I’m constantly pulling ideas and principles from what I’m reading into everything else. 🌅 Morning Movement = Fat Loss Accelerator (Most People Skip This) 🚶‍♂️📚
This morning started exactly how I like it… a one-hour walk with my Dutch Shepherd, Nala 🐕, getting some sunlight, moving my body, and even taking a few minutes to FaceTime my girls ❤️—which gave me a moment to practice gratitude. And it reminded me why Morning Movement + Education is one of the most powerful KPAs in our entire system. Let’s break it down 👇 ⸻ ☀️ Sunlight = Your Body’s Natural Reset Button Morning sunlight isn’t just “nice to have”… it’s biological fuel. Early in the morning, you’re getting more infrared light (think red light therapy 🔴) with less intense UV exposure due to the angle of the sun. This does a few key things: ✅ Helps regulate your circadian rhythm (better sleep, better hormones) ✅ Supports vitamin D production ☀️ ✅ Boosts mood, immune function, and overall health ✅ Signals your body that it’s time to be awake, alert, and productive Add in fresh air 🌬️, a change of scenery 🌳, and suddenly this isn’t just a walk… it’s therapy. ⸻ 🚶‍♂️ Movement = Your Internal Cleanup Crew You’ve been laying still for 6–8 hours 😴—your body is stagnant. Here’s the key: your lymphatic system has no pump. It only moves when you move. So when you walk: ✅ You push lymph through your body (immune system boost 🛡️) ✅ Increase blood flow and oxygen 🩸 ✅ Deliver nutrients to areas that need it most ✅ “Flush” your system and wake everything up ✅ Knock out a big chunk of your daily steps early 👟 You’re literally turning your body back on. ⸻ 🧠 Education = Raise Your Ceiling We pair this with an audiobook 🎧 for a reason. This is where the Law of the Lid comes in: 👉 You can’t do better until you know better. And the fastest way to know better? Learn from people who’ve already done it. That’s why I lean toward books over podcasts: 📖 Books = structured, high ROI learning 🎙️ Podcasts = often entertaining, but less focused Now stack that with movement: 🧠 Increased blood flow to the brain 💭 Time to think, reflect, and process 🎯 Mental clarity + problem-solving
