I’m curious, if anyone has ever experienced a coach, doctor, advocate or biggest fan who cares enough to respond swiftly while you are at the grocery store, trying to purchase the correct type of meat for our program.

Seriously — who does that?

Dr. Cody answered my question in real time and followed up with extreme precision in order for me to get this program started on the right foot.

So there I was at the store, making my first purchase for the program and Dr. Cody was texting me the exact percentage of lean versus fat meat that he wanted me to buy. He steered me away from the butcher who was cutting the wrong meats for me and even shared the name of the company he uses. We celebrated when l located it at the store.

Does it get any more personalized or any better than that?

Probably not!

In real time, Dr. Cody did this with me at the store in order for me to kick off this program properly and although it might not seem like a significant difference 90% lean versus 93% lean - as Dr. Cody later explained he’d rather me be 3% less fat. Ahem — I agree!

I’ve had other coaches and tried many weight loss programs and this program is undeniably the best. Strike that — it’s unfair to compare other systems because

Fast 40 is in a league of its own.

With all this extraordinary support I am grateful to share that today l am down six pounds on day five.
