Day 6 – Mini Identity Shift
Day 6 is about thinking like the person who already has what you want. In your journal, write: “The future me who already has this… thinks / feels / acts like this.” Make 3 short lists under those three words. Choose just ONE behavior from your “acts like this” list and practice it intentionally today in real life. What is one behavior your “future you” practiced today?

Day 9 – Gratitude From the Future
Gratitude amplifies whatever you focus on. For 10 minutes, script as if your intention is already done and you’re looking back at it. Write at least 10 lines starting with “I am so grateful that…”.​Let yourself actually feel that gratitude in your body, even if your current reality is not there yet. That emotional rehearsal is powerful. Share one “future gratitude” sentence you wrote.

Day 8 – Deepen the Emotion
Week 2 is Emotion & Belief. Today you focus less on visuals, more on feelings.​During your 3–5 minute visualization, pay attention to how your body feels as if your intention is already your normal life calm, proud, relieved, excited.​ Then write 3–5 sentences starting with “It feels so good that now I…”, describing this version of you. What emotion did you feel most strongly today?

Day 7 – Week 1 Check‑In & Reset
You’ve completed the Foundation Week. Today is reflection, not perfection.​ Journal on these questions: What’s working so far? What feels hard or fake? What needs adjusting so it fits your real life better? Be honest without judging yourself. If you missed days, don’t quit. Simply recommit and decide how you’ll show up in Week 2. Consistency beats perfection. Out of 7 days, how many did you show up? Comment honestly (no shame, just data).
