Happy Monday!
Wearing a new analog Casio today, the Casio Illuminator MW620H-3AV with a Sunray Green Dial.
Something about the design of this one captured my attention and wouldn't let go. With a 46mm case, this is a formidable-looking piece. And with the 24-hour markings, does this classify as a Field Watch? I think so, and specially suited for rugged terrain and adventures. I love the beautiful Sunray Dial, and the way it catches the light. And the overall design, along with the design of the hands. And the red accent touches on the seconds hand and "Water Resist" message. Simply love this one!
Will this become my new "beater" watch? I don't do that much beating anymore except on my drums, but could be. This watch does use two separate batteries, one for the Analog Movement and a second for the LED Light function. Honestly, the LED light is adequate but nothing special compared to Timex Indiglo abilities, but that aside, picked up for $26.92 on Amazon, what's not to love about this one?
This watch is also available in Black Dial and Blue Dial versions. Will I go back and add the Blue Dial at some point? It's a great look with the Sunray Dial too, and I do love blue, so we'll have to see.
