Details of the 2025 Global Meetup have been finalized...

...and tickets will be available next week! We thought we'd share the agenda now so you and your members know what to expect while we tie up all the loose ends with ticketing. The 2025 RedBar Global Meetup will take place in New York City starting the evening of October 14, 2025, and finishing at 5PM on October 16. RedBar members from around the world will come together in New York City for multiple days of watches and community.Participating brands include Accutron, Alpina, Blancpain, Bulova, Citizen, Frederique Constant, Hermès, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Oris, Panerai, and Vacheron Constantin, with more to come!A ticket includes the following for $199. We are absorbing the ticket platform fees rather than passing the costs on to attendees.Tuesday, October 14, 20256-8 PM: Welcome cocktail party with open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres, hosted by OrisWednesday, October 15, 202510 AM-4 PM: Curated watch walks at participating midtown Manhattan flagship boutiques: Blancpain, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, and Vacheron Constantin6-9 PM: Evening party hosted at the Citizen Flagship Store, featuring Accutron, Bulova, Citizen, Frederique Constant, and Alpina, private access to the Bulova museum, and open bar and food provided throughout the eveningThursday, October 16, 202510 AM - 3 PM: Choose your own adventure! Choose from guided neighborhood tours, private watch appointments at Hermès, and optional watchmaking classes at Jaeger-LeCoultre. Watchmaking classes will have an additional cost.3-5 PM: Aperitivo hour and closing ceremonies at a beautiful rooftop bar in midtown Manhattan with panoramic views of the NYC skyline, with selected cocktails and light bitesTravel details: the discount code CELEBRATE will provide a discounted rate at all of the Arlo Hotels locations in NYC. The Midtown and NoMad locations are the closest to all of the action, but feel free to stay wherever you'd like. All of the above activities will be taking place between 48th Street and 63rd Street in midtown Manhattan, easy to get to via public transportation, Lyft, Uber, or a classic NYC yellow taxi.Our programming finishes at 5 PM on October 16, and we encourage attendees to explore all the other watch events occurring in NYC over the following weekend, such as WatchTime New York, Windup Watch Fair, and more.Windup Watch Fair is free to attend.
